His expertise in building Google Marketing infrastructure has been instrumental in the successful exits of both Big Blanket Co and Kerotin Hair Care to private equity. Craig's diverse background spans roles as an in-house media buyer, marketing manager, and working within agency environments, enabling him to bring a unique perspective to Grayvault Consulting.
Residing in Victoria, BC, Craig is not only a dedicated professional but also a devoted family man. He cherishes his time with his wife Lindsay and their two young children, striking a balance between his passion for marketing and the joys of family life.
Lindsay Graham, Co-Founder and CFO of Grayvault Consulting, is a versatile professional with a strong background in marketing, human resources, and finance. Originally hailing from Ottawa, Ontario, Lindsay now resides in Victoria, BC, where she brings her multifaceted skills to the forefront at Grayvault.
With hands-on experience in the DTC e-commerce industry, Lindsay successfully owned and operated the jewelry brand Zinnia West, showcasing her keen understanding of the digital marketing landscape. Her time living in Bermuda further enriched her global perspective and expanded her network of professional relationships.
As the CFO of Grayvault Consulting, Lindsay expertly combines her diverse skill set and passion for business to help clients achieve their goals. Married to fellow Co-Founder and CEO, Craig Graham, she is also a devoted wife and mother, cherishing her time with their two young children.

Jaime Rose Tieu, CAE, Sales Manager at Grayvault Consulting, has over 13 years of experience in sales, program development, project management, and is well accomplished in marketing, planning and leading system applications. She is adept at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholder groups, and has a goal-driven, high-performing nature.
Along with Jaime’s exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, she helps motivate teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
Jaime currently resides in Ottawa, however she has lived and worked abroad for many years. Her international working experience in both the private and not-for-profit environment have helped her create many incredible connections and experiences all the while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.
